The Content Gym ("we", "us") runs a private gym and content studio at 6340 NE 4th Ct, Miami, FL 33138. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thecontentgym.co, book the studio, fill in one of our forms, or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, the date and time you want to book, how you heard about us, and anything you write in a message or form. If you book a session, our booking provider collects your payment details; we never see your full card number.
- Information from forms on Instagram and Facebook. When you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta sends us the answers you entered, such as your name, phone number, email, and what you plan to use the room for.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics: the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and the ad or link that brought you here. We collect this through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm your tour or booking, and to contact you about it by text, call, or email.
- To answer your questions and follow up on inquiries.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to the studio, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site or engaged with our Instagram account.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing texts or emails unless you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business: our booking and payment provider (Acuity Scheduling and its payment processor), Google (analytics and tag management), Meta (advertising and lead forms), and our email provider. Each of them processes your information under their own privacy terms and only to provide the service to us. We share information with authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies set by Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block them in your browser settings, use Meta's ad preferences to limit how your data is used for ads, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Inquiry and lead details are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Florida and other state privacy laws may give you additional rights, which we will honor.
Children
The studio and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
